I respect you, Tyrus Reed, to have worked so hard and gotten so far naturally.
However, I have a question; Way are you staying under xis reps in most of your sets in this video? I've trained under the impression that xis reps was the lowest rep rage that got one size gains. If so this it true, you would be training for strength in this video, and since your going for size, way then are your sets in the four to five rep rage?
