I agree 100% davedavedude, the late Johnny Cook "owned" the title even to this very day, of being the greatest "Tenor of all time". Thank God we are still being blessed with all the recorded Southern Gospel music treasures we have at out disposal today! Johnny's magnificent tenor talent is still winning souls with his stirring renditions of the gospel message. Listen to the recording of Johnny and Vestal singing.."That sounds like home to me..."

This song is so true!!! Does anybody know where I can find the sheet music to this song???? This video was recorded in Texas in 1974, and that is all I know?

@rfish54 Just because he has a tenor voice doesn't mean that he was a homosexual. I have a high voice, and I'm as straight as they come! Just a thought...this is God inspired music, not homosexual music. :-)

In a world that is so unstable and unfulfilling, it is such a blessing to hear this message. Johnny was a great tenor and as believers, we need more songs like this that take our hearts and minds off of the world and put them on heaven. God bless.

the one introducing johnny was sam goodman, and the bass from ernie haase and signature sound is named tim duncan :)
