  • humm. sure doesnt look like a 2.0 aba. more like a 1.8 . looks clean though. but this is NOT a 2.0 aba engine

  • This IS a 2.0 aba from an early 90's passat. Look it up on vwvortex or search google for image references.

  • lol . wut?? who told you that early 90s passats had aba engines? not so much. they had 2.0 engines thatt were 16valve motors . they were audi engines to be specific. just because its a 2.0 ,and a vw , doesnt mean its an ABA engine. good try though. most info on "fourms " is wrong. sorry bud

  • You need to check your sources. This engine came from a 2.0L B3 Passat GL.

  • which mark are your wheels?

  • ATS Cups

  • @jason9022 yeah, ur pretty much an idiot. 90's passats came with many different engines...tdi, 2.0L 16v, VR6 and yes the GL's came with ABA's. Maybe u should know what you're talking about before you open your mouth and spit ignorance.

    Just my .02

  • This could have an ABA bottom end but definitely not ABA top end. That top end is counter flow. ABAs are cross flow engines. That alone shows anyone that knows the difference between an ABA vs the early 8 valves. I have an ABA in a few of my rabbits.

  • @jason9022 You cant judge by looking the video, 2.0 has taller block, and pistons are same diameter. Its a 2.0L as owner sad, but not with 2.0L valve cover. Thats what confuses you, valve cover is from 1.8L G60.

  • @Design561 it is still dope though lol.

  • where did you get the tail lights

  • looks like the 1.7l i have in my mk1 jetta. Just alot cleaner:p lol

  • nice caddy i really like it but the engine lokks like a 1.8 like the one in my rabbit

  • @datarrat

    THEY ALL SQUARE

  • the 1980-1986 Volkswagen Caddy was assembled in

    Westmoreland County

    Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina

  • @jason9022

And what are you talking about Audi engines?? Where did you hear that. The 16v is not a "AUDI" motor.
