TKF Foundation interviews this individual on her personal connection with nature. The mission of the TKF Foundation is to provide the opportunity for a deeper human experience by supporting the creation of public greenspace that offers a temporary place of sanctuary, encourages reflection, provides solace, and engenders peace. www.tkffoundation.org

  • I had the same kind of experience in a full-moon hike in Arches in 1972. It produced the strongest "altered state" I've ever experienced. It was full of being. So-called "real life" suddenly seemed foggy and unreal by comparison. It changed my life. It took many years, but I finally got to live on the Colorado Plateau - I now live near the Grand Canyon.
