@Solid1rock I know your comment is 3 months old but I'll reply anyways, yes the guitars in Voodoo People do sound a lot like the beginning of Very Ape, however it is not sampled, Liam had a guitarist play close sounding riffs in the studio which he manipulated through his sampler to get the result found in the finished track... He did this to avoid the obvious royalty fees for such a small sample.
However he did manage to slip in Cobain's voice in the track "Rat Poison".

In this comment section a lot of people don't understand the difference between clever sampling, and copying.
Some of you people are thick in the head.

@deejayzyx sampling today is almost a lost art, I dont think you realize how creative this is. Also, all music stands on someones shoulders - this is just a more direct approach.

@deejayzyx dude wtf . liam has always said he samples alot, he grew up listening to hip hop music and hip hop music is known for sampling a beat here a vocal sample here and so on. he would have had to ask permisson to use them and to be able to use them the artist would have had to say yes...so whats the problem?

it should be in new gta 5 radio
actually it's brilliant how they took the tiniest bits and samples of other songs and made something so great from them

that's why Liam's Howlett music is so great,
cause most of his samples are oldschool hip-hop and funk.
