the sad thing is 989 handled the gameplay just fine, and the mechanics were good. An old timey origin for Twisted metal was cool too, and its nice to actually see Calypso devouring souls. where they fell flat on their face was the presentation. wayy too campy and stupid compared to the older ones. if Black was the Batman Begins of the Series, Twisted Metal 3 and 4 were the Batman Forever and Batman and Robin. heh...atleast Sweet Tooth didnt bust out a Clown Credit Card.
