im white i have been pulled over on a bike on a sidewalk more times than i can count. Just never thought it was video material .. never had to go to court for it though. Got a ticket for no helmet in Aussie. once... $95 fine.... didnt pay it...

I went to visit my mother at her job not to long ago who happens to work for the city, and she pointed out to me a group of people that were all gathered together by this one cubical, and explained to me that those were the people that write our city policies! They happened to be 'non-native-New Yorker Transplants" they were fairly young and very arrogant! These are the people Bloomberg hires to decide what is best for us!!!
