Lemko Song - Wyno, Wyno.

I am part Lemko-Rusyn and I am very happy to be playing this music.

I started this quilt in 1996 and it is still not finished. The quilt block pattern is called Double Wrench. This is a king-size quilt - what was I thinking? I'm almost done, but I have tired of this project!

  • Nice and to be appreciated.

I red once a theory which says that Ruthenians are at origin celtic.

They are mentioned by Caesar în Comentario de bello Gallico.

After 1848 Aleksander Dukhnovici the leader of the ruthenians people tried to establish an autonomous Rutenia.

1918 was a good chance for rutenians to form their own country as did other populations former subjects of the empire .

    Thank you!
