Green baby, I've loved you since the early 80s, but PLEASE--and I fully realize the debatable existential/philosophical import of what I'm about to say---PLEASE lose the mustache & beard, grow out & bleach your hair, and get back together with David Gamson and Fred Maher. Together the three of you created a singular and incomparable magic that is dearly missed on today's bleak musical horizon. Just do it for the fans... and you can be your current 'real' self off on the side :)

I'll do say smth about the last line though, as you already accused me of being stuck in the 80s. I'm neither a nostalgic fag or a thick fat woman (that's a very narrow way of seeing SP fans btw). I'm a very thin straight music fan, with a preference for 80s music (BUT not only). Period! Also, there's nothing wrong with gays.

@1Nickyduncan What are you going on about? I haven't seen all the interviews, but did he, himself, say he has AIDS? Btw, he's straight. And tons of guys with beards are straight (just as many as gay guys, if not more).

@vancanman2 At first it was a shock for me too. Now I think the opposite. He's aged like we all do, but in his case & for his age, he looks quite young. Fashion wise, he's left the 80s behind,kind of normal..

He's still thin, has all his hair, but a few wrinkles round the eyes.The real revelation would be for him to get rid of that ugly beard, then we'd know for sure.

What makes him different from then is the 80s clothes,longer hair & no ugly facial hair. He was born in 55!!!! Looks amazing!

@pmsan29 His talking voice was different in the 80s too. What's amazing to me is that he could hit those high notes in the 80s & he still can (as high as back then??), yet your voice deepens as you age.

Also, in the 80s, I was 200% sure that his voice was somehow sped up in the mixing since it was so high. Now I know it prolly wasn't most of the time. But occasionally??? Think of A Little Knowledge (I know there's a girl in there), but his own voice is just so high. ALK is just an example btw.
