Welcome to episode 2 of Cowabunga Corner!

In this episode I cover the tour that took place in 2009 for 25 years of TMNT. They had a Thomas Bus made into the Turtle Van on the outside. On the Inside, we had a Ninja Turtles Museum with toys, videos, photos, and even storyboard art work. This Tour went across the United States, stopping in cities for meet and greet with fans. This was free to the public, so people could go through and see the history of the Turtles.

The main crew on this trip was Mike and Aaron, as they would drive this bus from city to city. These two people were the only ones who appeared at every stop of the tour.

In the video I am wearing a crew shirt, though I did not work for the company. This was a gift, and was never worn by me at any of the TMNT stops along the way. The hat I'm wearing is also a gift, though it was not worn at any of the stops either. I did wear one of these hats, from New York to San D, though it shows it's age as the sun took the color from the hat. I decided not to wear it for this blog. Behind me is a folder with photos from the NYC, PA, MI, and IL stops from the tour. I carried this folder with me to each stop to share the beginning of the tour with everyone. It was truly an amazing trip.

Wow, youre even deeper into the Turtle community then I thought..lol.. what was your job during this trip and how did you get the gig? Im shocked you didnt buy the bus first..lol

@devilstoysuk2 I volunteered, so I wasn't a paying gig... I went to the first stop and saw what they were doing. Realized I could help out with information and that it'd be a fun trip. So we decided to go to each stop, and I'd sit on the bus and ask if anyone has any questions about anything on the bus and I'd try to answer. It was a lot of fun. :) Wish I could of bought the bus, but Nickelodeon got it.

@JAKE83781 Sorry they skipped Utah, I was not a part of planning out this trip. I was more just a fan following along and offering to help out where they'd let me. Otherwise I know I would of picked some places different than they did. Like Michigan's stop would of not been down town Detroit, but more like Royal Oak where people would go to. Many other states were skipped over as well.

AMAZING Video. You have no idea how absolutely LUCKY you are. As a Massive Ninja turtle fan since i was 4 (20 now) You have no idea how devastatied i was to not be able to see the buss ONCE. While watching this video i was about to cry. I just cant believe it passed and i missed it...
