Patrick Jacob Behavior

Patrick Jacob, odd eating pattern,you can see that he is hungry, wants to eat, but it is hard for him, so he gets frustrated. He is itching ,unbalanced and clearly feeling uncomfortable
.Assessment:
1.) FIV positive
2.) Cyclic fever
3.) Neutropenia
4.) Anemia
5.) Cyclic left facial swelling with papable mass behind left ear
6.) Generalized pruritis
7.) Dysphagia and cranial nerve neuropathy
8.) Prepucial and penile phimosis
Patrick Jacob is FIV positive, has a mass behind his year that need to be investigated and is also anemic. He has been taking LTCI, antibiotics and steroids among other medicines. He is fighting a great fight for over 10 years and he is winning.
