Here I am carving one of the turkeys I cooked for Thanksgiving. The second one turned out much better than the first, even though I cooked them both in the same oven. I cooked two turkeys, five pumpkin pies, potatoes, stuffing, yams, dirt cake, potato skins, guacamole & chips, and a lemon cheesecake. Over 65 people came and everyone enjoyed the food, drink, and conversation.

  • Oh, the Center is doing fine. Just short of teachers as usual. It's getting harder to find them these days because of all the bad news coming out of Thailand. I really hate CNN... :P

  • Yeah, that was some good turkey, but probably won't have a party this year, everyone is too busy. How's Canada?
