  • This comparison should be stamped with a big fat EPIC FAIL!!!

Go to "get apps," download the advanced settings addon, then select close on X button. Then you can exit by pressing the x button just like any other app.

  • that's correct but then I cannot do close with one click/tap too! I need to go BACK one level to see that X button.

  • dude u totally suck men... are u retarded

  • lol you gotta love it.i want kinoma play because it is so badbad naughty program :P

    nitrogen player is awesome though

  • bad bad naughty program :D lol funny phrase used xD

but its true.. Nitrogen far better ;]

  • Yeah, having to go through all that hassle just to exit really isn't user-friendly......I'd get annoyed too XDD Nitrogen is seriously nice, though :] I love its simplicity

If all you use it for is music, then Nitrogen. However, if you need it for the other stuff that Kinoma can do and you don't have to exit often, then it's fine, of course.

  • on PDAs or smartphones, the exit button is fine. IT's just the touch screen problems.

  • Dude, chill out. Smoke a joint or whatever it is you do its just an exit button. OMFG where did the exit button go!! You can enable tap and hold to exit a program too if you're really that upset....

  • Correctly so. Form follows function.

  • MSMobilesDotCom, I agree with you completely. From a usability perspective, it's a disaster. There are many needs when playing music on a touchscreen phone. It IS a big deal to be able to exit, if for no other reason than you want to free up RAM to run an intense application. The visual interface on KINOMA is beautiful, but that illustrates the point: beauty without functional design is disaster. I could never even get Kinoma to play on T-Mo WING! Nitrogen isnt perfect yet, but WILL be soon
