This is a video on how to make chocolate cigars the easy way. The aspect that needs to be taken into consideration is the temperatire of the chocolate as it needs to be between 82-86*F as i had mentioned in my blog http://sujithsez.blogspot.com

  • It needs to be semi dry which would mean it would be just right to apply the dark chocolate.

  • It is marble slab that is used to spread the chocolate on. The marble needs to be cold. The white chocolate lines is created by spreading the normal way and then is scraped with a serrated scraper to create lines.

  • that's why he works on marble slab. Put the marble into the fridge to get it super cold, then pull out the slab right before you're ready to work with choc.
