Here is a quick tour of the Makerslide cutting area. This will probably be CNC'd later but this works pretty well for now..

One lucky thing about this setup is that MakerSlide nests. The side with the v rails forms a pocket that a piece can rest inside, so the piece being cut is captured on the rail. This insures a good 90 degree cut.

An awesome demo of the stuff you can do with makerslide cheaply, accurately and quickly.
I'd like to see any of the alternative linear motion solutions even try to accomplish what you've done here and this is just the beginning.
