Rick Roll spotted in Oblivion!

Ok, since some people got a bit confused and/or couldn't read older comments, I'll paste my last comment here: "This NPC is supposed to be a poor homeless prankster, not a singer. Think of him as the guy who sends you the link to the Rick Astley -video." The lips aren't moving! ;)

He just plays you the song, I know it doesn't sound... very reasonable in the gameworld (maybe it's some kind of magic?) but I think showing a video would have gone a bit too far :P

Well, for some strange reason I thought that it would be weird/funny to have a NPC named "Rick Roll" walking around RickRolling unsuspecting players... so I had to try it.

Annoying? Possibly.
Useful? Hardly.
Pointless? Absolutely.

Just a simple, simple little mod :)

I think this should be considered mildly funny or just completely useless and pointless but hey, that's just me.
