This sounds all very nice, but even if this happens they will still not be able to stop

theft on the internet, people will just find other ways, develop new programs for it to be possible and so on.

So to make it short, all that ACTA wants to do is going to be all in vain.

How about programs with are used in learning. For example, in our University AutoCAD are legalized program, and teachers according to lessons gives homework or classwork with sometimes need to be finished at home. As University have full version of this program, then how student like me could finishes his work with ripped Student version of this program? Maybe ACTA causes to decrease prices on full versions. I don't think so.
