We are three women from Regina, Saskatchewan who are on a mission! We have written our stories about surviving and thriving from PPD in the hopes that other Moms who are struggling in silence will feel inspired to use their voices to begin their most important life journey - their healing journey to be that whole person so they can raise healthy and happy children!
