He is against the IRS, wants to do away with the Federal Reserve and wants to dismantle all of our overseas military bases, which will tremedously boost our economy. @vegabondstu Wait... I know you said this two years ago, but I never got a notification that you responded to me. But as an answer, I was being sarcastic. Picking at stupid hippies who think that we wouldn't need an army/any protection. Pretty much everything beyond "the only military that gets any shit is ours!" was me saying the complete opposite of what I think on the matter.

I mean he literally just got into office and they gave him the prize. You are delusional if you think that he's done anything remotely deservant of that kind of a prize. They set the guy up to fail by awarding this kind of honor for doing jack.

@KaguraThWindGypsy I think you are right but wanting Palin is insane and would be a scary proposition. Problem is there isn't much of a choice with these presidential candidates and it's getting old. None of them including Obama accomplish sh*t when they get in office. The opposing party basically tries to undermine the party in office. This country needs someone who can maneuver around this kind of obstacle.

@thachozn1429 I think Obama has definitely faced opposition as President in trying to accomplish what he set out to do, but you must be delusional if you think he's done anything for our economy. I don't expect miracles with the mess he walked into left by the Bush administrations, however, I didn't expect that he would side with the banks and bail them out. That was his first mistake among others. As far as healthcare, he basically made a deal with the ins. companies and sold us out.

btw I'm not the only one who doesn't know why he was awarded the prize. If you type in your search engine "why did Obama..." the first thing that pops up is "why did Obama win the nobel peace prize" However if you type in why did MLK win the noble peace prize nothing comes up because its obvious. I don't blame Obama. It is an obvious set up...however, I don't think he should have accepted it. That would have been the integral thing to do.

I would still like to know why Barack got a Nobel Peace Prize. What did he do to earn a Nobel Peace Prize?? This is just insanity! I honestly think giving him the prize was a set up to make the man complacent and lazy and you know what I think it worked, cause he hasn't done a damn thing since being in office besides bailout the banks, make a pact with the insurance companies to force everyone to get insurance and it took him up to preelections to get our soliders out of Iraq. smh

OK, so naiv. Ask anybody outside th US, how they feel about the word "american", what they associate it with. Trust me, Obama has made that word much more positive. Big parts of the world can now again work together with America, and not feel ashamed about it.
