  • This video sparked a journey for me which led to being vegan. One year and counting. What he says about it being an epiphany is so true. Thanks Propagandhi

  • @apoopshootriot being unnecessarily cruel to animals, however, does make you crazy (just talk to a factory farm worker sometime). The rest of your comment is gibberish besides the derogatory "hippies" comment, to which I can only say one thing: I may be a punk, I may be a hippie, I may be a degenerate, but at least I'm not a murderer.

  • i became a vegan partially thanks to these guys, however i disagree with petas methods.

  • Omnis who try to prove veganism wrong in Youtube comments. Brilliant.

  • @iminthisvideo Just you teach me how to photosynthesise, then I’ll get right on that! Until then, I’ll just have to settle for being a horrible, hypocritical plant-killer.

  • ok first off...the fact that people eat meat doesn't make anyone crazy or stupid. It sounds like they're more the kind of people who are vegetarians just so they can feel separated from the general public from which they have some sort of disconnection. And testing certain medicines on animals definitely helps humanity. It sounds like at 18 he reverted to the mentality of a child. You're not in neverland anymore. Welcome back to reality, the world isn't perfect....hippies

  • such an incredible band, wish i could see them live

  • These guys genuinely enjoy writing and playing music... even if they weren't making any money, they'd still be doing it and still be doing benefits for animal rights, etc. One of my top 10 favorite bands, without question.

  • @iminthisvideo (CONTINUED)... thus allowing the plant to reproduce and continue the circle of life. EXAMPLE: eat the apple, chuck the core, right? Well that core is filled with seeds. When it's 'chucked' you are giving those seeds the opportunity to penetrate the soil and reproduce. Such a symbiotic and cyclical relationship is not present in the consumption of animals.

  • @iminthisvideo you're actually mistaken in your logic here. Vegetation and mammals have a symbiotic relationship with each other. They're co-dependent on each other for survival. Simply broken down, vegetation grows edible sustenance, which is then eaten by a mammal providing it with vitality, energy, and nutrition. In return, upon retrieving this plant-based life-force, the seeds of the plant are then spread (in an amazing diversity of ways depending on the plant) and dispersed back in the soil

  • I think that the majority of my beliefs on this matter stems from how we as beings of this earth have lost our predator-prey relationship between us and and the animals we eat. I am a vegetarian (bordering vegan), but I do believe that carnivorous and omnivorous behaviour is natural. The problem is how the commoditization of our food has affected the way we as human beings treat animals, which is completely unjustifiable. They should not be viewed as our puppets or our luxuries. They are beings.
