Well, I have second thought of SPCA in HK, and sadly, we only can hear the positive side of SPCA, few of negative side of SPCA in internet
Few year back, we have 8 lovely rabbities babies arrived in our family, we lived in small apartment m so we want them have good home, we search internet and recommand by friends, spca is good place to search new home, so we took 6 of them and hope SPCA will find them good home, but next 24 hrs, SPCA put them to sleep and not telling us, Think twice,
