  • May i ask if you have more from each territory shown in this video? I'd love to see more of the individual pieces (especially he Hong Kong Version)

  • sorry, I do not.

  • I'm not sure if you've seen them yet, Mitt, but user "mrmatchgame" has a montage of clips titled "$ale Around the World", and in addition to the countries you covered, it also has clips from Greece and Paraguay. There's also a pilot shot for France which never got sold (and for some reason was taped in Australia).

  • ooo, cool, I have not seen his yet, thx!

  • Mitt,

I have a question, about the $ale posted for Germany. The German counterpart was titled Hopp Oder Top, so the clip you posted was that from the pilot for the German version?

  • I don't remember the history how Angebot Des Yahrhunderts became Hopp Oder Topp, other than the Hopp title didn't exist yet when I edited this piece.

  • I've been looking around the web, and in addition to the countries in this montage, other ones with their own version included Turkey, India, South Africa, Nigeria, Brazil, and Mexico. I've found an episode of the Mexican version from 1998 on YouTube. There it was called "La Venta Increible".

  • The best one at 0:53 is Grant Walker (NZ)

  • This is a BMW valued at over $28,000.

  • No worries. Thank you for the high quality version anyway. I loved this show while it was on in Australia.

  • its interesting how uniform the presentation was world wide
