This is the Median 2008 Super Level, The Cow Level. Thanks to Brother Laz for this great mod!
This is a run-through of Cow Level on Destruction mode (aka Hell), /players 1, and version 1.49.
(note: I skipped some of the Cow Honchos so this video wouldn't take too long, plus they pretty much just sit around and do nothing)

haha theres a guild in wow on aegwyn called there is no cow level. its the best guild don my server heh.

Read the files that come with the patch; it should tell you everything. Basically, all you need to do is replace the patch file, and you're done.

P.S. make sure you backup the original patch file so you don't lose it.

Same as vanilla cLoD. Once you beat a difficulty, you can cube Wirt's Leg and a tome of town portal in A1 town to open the Cow Level. Beware, as it is much harder than vanilla cLoD. However, unlike vanilla, you can open the Cow Level as many times as you like.
