He was sentenced for to two years in jail not just because of having a gun in a night club. In the end it was for 3 crimes, all felonies. 2 counts of illegal possesion of a gun, and reckless endangerment. good football player, but the guy is an idiot

This has nothing to do with clansmen, its more about polarizing a public figure as to show private citizens to simply not mess with the goverment when it comes to gun laws. As you all can tell, BUYFOREIGN is a loudmouth moron lol I'm not a Giants fan, I dont live in NY, I'm not even black, but Plaxico got Fucked. The 2nd Amendment is your right to carry, period. The laws against it are unconstitutional. Being tried, and convicted, of reckless discharge I could see, but not this. Plax should file a lawsuit against the state.
