Michael's POV Thanksgiving is over, which means Christmas is next! Around this time of year we all get super excited. We did the Black Friday 'Mall Madness'...and it really was madness. Kevin and Adam finally gave us permission to go out that night- except Joe and I had to take our little brothers with us... The 'goal' was we were supposed to be shopping for each brother, we drew names and I got Nicky...the hardest of all of them. So needless to say that night we 'lost' Nick and Ben in the crowd...but then bribed both with money, so they wouldn't rat us out. "hey Joe, what'dya think Kev and Ady are getting us this Christmas?" I asked Joe out of curiosity. They went Christmas shopping and every year we always get a big family gift... "I don't know? They didn't give us any hints like last year? Must be big.." He shrugged, he was currently texting his latest girlfriend Maria. I peered over his shoulder and looked at his phone "Hey back off!" he said getting up and leaving the room I rolled my eyes and fell to the couch with a thump. I closed my eyes breifly before opening them...I've had a major headache lately, and it was getting on my nerves. I felt someone sitting in my lap, and someone sit beside me. I looked down to find Nick in my lap and Ben beside me. "Mikey, you don't look so good?" Ben said observing me closely "I'm fine, just alittle headache" "no lying Michael, liars go to hell" Nick said glaring at me "ok, ok, so it hurts" I held my hands up defensively "so what's up?" I asked changing the subject neither boy seemed to notice. "were bored!" They whined "that makes three of us" I agreed "lets go get Joe and take a walk" I suggested Nick got off my lap allowing me up, and Ben followed. Joe was in the kitchen on the phone. For the next five minutes he didn't notice we were in the room. He looked directly at us several times! His mind was elsewhere..on planet Maria. I pulled out my phone and dialed his number. "Babe, I'll call you back...someone's calling me....love you too" He hung up and didn't bother to look at the caller ID "what?" he replied annoyed, oblivious to who it was. "JOSEPH! get off the phone" I yelled "geez MICHAEL, don't have to yell" he said and turned around "oh, I didn't notice you guys were behind me" This time we all rolled our eyes "come on Joey, we want to do something fun before the 'rents' come home" Nick whined "alright, what do you want to do?" He asked, but then turned his attention to me "by the way, you ruined an important conversation... Maria's Uncle just died and I was trying to commiserate with her!" "well you could've invited her to commiserate over here! Remember, Bros before hoes" I said and put my arm around him "She is NOT a hoe!" "yea, yea, I know" Joe grabbed his glasses, the ones he is supposed to where daily... and locked the front door. "so where exactly are we going?" Ben asked "just around the block, we've been indoors all day...we needed some fresh air" Just then my phone started to ring, Kevin's number flashed on the screen- "hey Kev...were just walking around the block, we'll be back in like 10 minutes...ok? sure bye" "what did kev want?" Nick asked "He asked where we were, and then he said for us to come home in 15 minutes...but he sounded rushed? Kinda like he didn't want us there right now" "that's odd...doesn't sound like kev?" Joe said "I think we should head back now, just in case" I suggested The walk home was short, and just as we rounded the corner, a tall petite woman with long brown hair walked out. She waved goodbye to Kev, who was outside, and then proceeded to get into her white SUV? The guys and I exchanged glances, that read the same expression "Kevin has a girlfriend...and didn't tell us?!"
