I have about 4 or 5 episodes of his show that he use to have on the foodnetwork. I wish the food network would just bring that one show back or give him another show. His show was the best! I love Jacques!

ha ha this guy is talking things about chocolate I have never ever thought of...he's the Einstein of chocolate!
I happened on his shop near the Brooklyn Bridge a few years ago and bought some pieces to go along with my Mother's Day presents and it was quite an experience. If in the area, you won't regret it. They are friendly and informative.
