Hello, do you have any information on yoga for people with a broken leg? My leg is just about healed but still cant bend/move right like the other and my flap - if you know what that is, a big chunck of fluid on the leg to put it back together with all the metal in it because after my crash i had no bones left in that lower leg by the foot.I cant find any info on this internet here for tips, and its difficult to stand and sit with my messed up leg. any advice?
