I dedicate this video to actor Kevin Costner who once lived off of Wells Road and grew up in the Ventura / Santa Paula area. Taken between East Ventura (Saticoy) and Santa Paula California. See a glimpse of why this Area is known as the 'LEMON CAPITOL'. Route begins on highway 118 / Wells Road. From there, the 126 Freeway to Santa Paula. Video ends shortly after exiting at Palm Avenue. This was taken during the first week of May, 2009.
