Mark Knopfler wrote this song originally for the Everly Brothers so it would be incorrect to say that they are doing a cover. Dire Straits then recorded this song two years later. And while they sing this so beautifully, my favorite version is that of Mark singing this solo accompanied by Dire Straits.
This should have been released as a single. It is definitely one of their best.
