How Do You Know What You Value?

Ultimately if I spend one week with you, I will be able to tell you your value system. What we focus on the most is our highest value. Behavior never lies but talk is cheap. You see a person through his behavior. A person can tell you that they want to earn a million dollars a year but they do not back up this pretense with action. A person can tell you they want to lose weight but they dont back up this pretense with action.

In one week, I can tell you your value system through your actions. Some people for example never spent time with their family and they wake up one day and see that their spouse has left them?. They say then say they were daily men but their action didn't back it up.

As I have said, your focus and present action determines your value system. The purpose of this video is to merely show you how to structure your values. This is a very important exercise as all of us have an idea of a dream life but few of us back up these ideas with action. You be the one to act and watch your life change..!
