In the video the doctor says that the semen comes from the testicle but it does not come from this area, only the sperm come from this area. The semen is the fluid that is combined from the prostate and seminal vescicles. When the man reaches orgasm all the fluids combine including the sperm. So I am just correcting the doctor on the proper way the testicle works.

i have found a cyst on the outside of left ball. Any ideas of the cause and how doctor would remove/treat it?? There is no pain. just hate going to doctors.

i think i might have it. im scared to even write this. if i do i cant bare to get it removed, besides im broke and couldnt afford surgery or treatment anyway.
