"Speak Up, Teens!" TV Commercial Challenge calls for teens to produce spots that encourage their peers to "speak up" when riding in a vehicle with friends who engage in unsafe behavior behind the wheel.
Minnesota Department of Public Safety and AAA sponsor the contest.

thats rehab you wanna race i suggest go to a road that has nobody ever on it and its a long stretch ride up and down the road to make sure its clear of potholes and debris then you can speed or take it to your local/closest track. i tried to write the city council about making a local track so people don't speed on roads but never got back to me .
