I SERVED in the United States Army and though this law was in affect barring homosexuals and lesbians we had our share of homos and lesbians in our unit. I tell you I was raised with the belief that homo's and lesbians were fire bound in hell but after being in this war I have a hard time now believing in God. I killed many people including children am now disabled but I will salute any Gay man or woman that served in this war. Those are REAL WARRIORS.

Us Men and Women get married and lead normal lives unlike Homosexuals or Lesbians that have no children or choose children after they have served. These people deserve respect for taking a bullet for America. I could not stand serving with Homos and lesbians until I went to war and saw those Homos and lesbians take bullets themselves. So I am automatically religious because I oppose abortion and homosexuality? Atheists also oppose abortion and homosexuality for secular reasons. Respect for life is secular not religious.
