De mi cena en El Bulli el 26 de mayo de 2005; este plato es "Ñoquis esfericos de patata con ravioles de mantequilla con jugo de piel de patatas asadas" presentado por el Jefe de Salon de El Bulli, Don Luis Garcia.

Conozco(por el canal cocina,el cual veo por cable)el trabajo de Santi Santamaría y el de Sergi Arola.Para tu próxima visita a España te sugiero que te informes sobre Arzak(como 30 años con 3 estrellas M.),Pedro Larumbe,Martín Berasategui o Carme Ruscalleda(la mujer con más estrellas M. del mundo).Del televisivo Karlos Arguiñano ,olvídate(No es más que muchos otros).Y hablan muy bien de Andoni Luis Aduritz.Lo digo por si te interesa,a título informativo.Un abrazo.

Entre otros lugares por la misma España, disfrutando de los mejores restaurantes del mundo. Conozco inclusive La Broche y Santceloni en Madrid; Arola y Espai Sucre en Barcelona entre otros. Cómo se puede hacer las cosas con tanta perfección y calidad, es algo inexplicable ...

gnocchi is a sort of pasta. according to wikipedia: "is the Italian name for a variety of dumpling. They may be made from potato, semolina, ordinary wheat flour, bread crumbs, or other ingredients. Outside Italy, the most popular form is based on potatoes".

@MuayThaiViking I get what youre saying, I agree, but in my opinion this is just helping gastronomy move around and mix tradition with new knowledge instead of staying where it is.

@bigVC25 normal doesnt have to be boring :) i think the most important thing about food is that it taste good. that should be the top priority

imo you shouldnt make food wierd or scientific, just because you can. but thats just me!

the things they serve at El Bulli are far too wierd for me. there no texture. all their dishes are mush, air, liquids etc. the #1 ranked restaurant Noma at least serves somewhat normal food
