Review of Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - this program focuses primarily on nutrition, and is really INFORMATIVE about it. It's great if you want a huge amount of information for your money.

  • Natural bodybuilder which means he doesn't do supplements? Supplements are not steroids or drugs. Also there's nothing wrong with protein powder, it's arguably a less valuable source of protein than some whole food sources, but it's perfectly safe (depending on the manufacturer of course). If you want a decent review of BTFFTM, read here goo .gl/inoOI

  • shut up bitch

  • I want to make sweet sweet love to you for an entire minute and a half.

  • this chic is cute ..... but i wanted a more details tho

  • you need to sort your mic out :)

  • I have this book, and it works <3

  • Now I want the book...hmmm what to do?

  • This book is the bomb, seriously. It works 150%, I've dropped weight like crazy since I had a baby, you just have to be dedicated and do what it says and it's HARD WORK but worth it.

  • also, he does suggest protein powder

  • This gal is clueless. CLUELESS! BFFFM includes a VERY comprehensive weight training program. In fact, Tom LISTS the EXACT 4 day split routine he uses for his PERSONAL workouts! (Oh, and he's STILL a competitive body builder.) Uninformed people, like this gal, confuse simple with lacking information. Tom lays out 4 workouts starting with Full Body through 2-Day Splits through 3 and 4 day splits. Fact is, MOST PEOPLE don't EVER need more than a 2 day split. And, lists Top 5 exercises to rotate.
