This book is the bomb, seriously. It works 150%, I've dropped weight like crazy since I had a baby, you just have to be dedicated and do what it says and it's HARD WORK but worth it.
This gal is clueless. CLUELESS! BFFFM includes a VERY comprehensive weight training program. In fact, Tom LISTS the EXACT 4 day split routine he uses for his PERSONAL workouts! (Oh, and he's STILL a competitive body builder.) Uninformed people, like this gal, confuse simple with lacking information. Tom lays out 4 workouts starting with Full Body through 2-Day Splits through 3 and 4 day splits. Fact is, MOST PEOPLE don't EVER need more than a 2 day split. And, lists Top 5 exercises to rotate.
