  • He's conducting it in 2 rather than 4 beats per bar and that's why it's too fast. It's nicely sung but just rushed and therefore insensitive. This is a reflective motet, not a celebratory anthem and that needs to be accomodated in the timing.

  • @smittydewster I agree, but I think this tempo is ok stylistically. The conductor has decided to put the pulse on the half note, whereas most place it on the quarter note for this particular piece.

  • Buena versión, aunque un poquito rápida y un poco grave. Pero sin duda con buena técnica y voces jóvenes.
