He's conducting it in 2 rather than 4 beats per bar and that's why it's too fast. It's nicely sung but just rushed and therefore insensitive. This is a reflective motet, not a celebratory anthem and that needs to be accomodated in the timing.
@smittydewster I agree, but I think this tempo is ok stylistically. The conductor has decided to put the pulse on the half note, whereas most place it on the quarter note for this particular piece.

Buena versión, aunque un poquito rápida y un poco grave. Pero sin duda con buena técnica y voces jóvenes.
