Mary is dead and resting in her grave give me one scripture that states that the dead when they die go to heaven or hell. Jesus is the only one who died and was resurrected. If like many believe when someone dies they go to heaven or hell then why when Jesus returns he calls out to the dead in him and they rise from there grave wouldnt they already be with him. Also hell is not what most think it is NOT a place of torment and suffering forever and ever. It is Sheol land of the dead.

Catholics do not believe that Christ will return to earth for a visible reign as jehovah witnesses do. The people in the chapel were not waiting for Christ to appear. Catholics believe that this is the reign of Christ, now, from pentecost until the end of the world. The eucharist does appear in the bible, cf St Paul and the synoptics "this is my body"; and the anointing at Bethany shows how we should treat his body.
