Billing System Integration with paypal

This mod will integrate a billing system with Paypal which will allow advertisers to purchase campaigns inventory. Here, the administrator can set the banner's price per 1000 impressions or 1000 clicks and the advertiser will be able to purchase 1000 clicks or 1000 impressions through PAYPAL. After purchasing impressions, advertiser's campaign will be added by purchased clicks or impressions. Also, this mod will give Interface for the administrator where he can set global price for clicks per thousands and according to the last months click, he can see billing amount for all publishers, which he need to pay. There will also be a paypal button with each publishers account and he can pay and purchase manually.
