I have don't have a usb port next to my plug or else I'd buy it. Right now I tape part of the cord to the back of the cover.

would be great if it would allow you to actually use that USB port. i use that port for the wireless reciever for my mouse and the other port for my USB stick. great idea but needs to be improved a bit

Yes, we sacrificed one of the two (now 3) USB ports as part of the compact design of the MagStay PRO. We feel the design is just fine being most users do not use multiple USB ports while using the MBP on their lap.
