Nice Bike. love the seat. They call it a steel horse cuz you got to ride it with your weight in the stirrups so you don't tangle your spine and get home feelin' like a rape victim.
I live in LA and the roads are filled with Pot Holes. In fact, I was riding the other day and hit a hidden dip in the road and nearly went down. Plus, I like the look of the new "scissor" springer seat versus the stock one. The shocks aren't stock, they're new all black progressive shocks - which are a little better ride.
nors, as a nightster owner I can tell you, the rear shocks have almost NO spring in em. If you have it set to firm ro avoid bottoming-out its about as bad as a hard tail. Spring seat is almost a must in that case
Q. any problem with the ECU being so close to the seat ... looks great flip those mirriors it not only looks better but you can even see better out of them !
Hi
Is that the Harley Spring Seat? and it fits over the ECM? Are they easy to install?
I have a 2008 Nightster and have wanted to add a spring seat to it but relocating the ecm and doing something with that hole in fender stopped me.
Thank You!!!
