  • @pzitry damn but im left handed and its my right elbow, this is gonna be a hard one

  • I was just recently diagnosed with tennis elbow, due to my occupation. I have done everything there is, to try to relieve the pain, nothing works. Advice from doctors, google search, and to youtube vids, tried everything, and no remedy. So I had a brain storm, the best way to try to help relive the pain is just jerk off, start slow at first, then gradually build up to power strokes, this will help the tendons, u will be amazed. Best of all this is free advice. women no vibs, hand only.

  • i was searching google for information on tennis elbow and came by the web site and now a video pops up of this ass hole telling me wait dont go and its spaming my computer... burn in hell ass hole....

  • @rgs2654321 at what month were you able to lift weights again?

  • @Poohead0990 Yeah but it can took 4 to 6 months to go away.

  • @rgs2654321 your tennis elbow go away yet

  • What a waste of time. There's 7 min of my life I won't get back

  • All these idiots have no Idea, They are not even Qualified ! From my Observations on Youtube , ( if u have acute pain, As I do in both Elbows, Lateral & Medial Epicondyle.GO TO TENNIS ELBOW< HE talks of Escentric Contraction Exercise.Makes a lot of sense. Then I believe You need to Stretch first & light exercice without weights 1st Then as you improve, Bring on the light weights & build up Slowly. The joys of being Physical & working Hard & getting Older lol.. Good Luck
