I fondly remember the slutty sorceress Hecubah, and Nox being a nice 'distraction' hack and slash game because Diablo 2's release date kept getting pushed back.

Year 2000, it's amazing how 12 years have passed just like that.

Why would they buy this game, invest money into it just so they could lose precious Ultima subscribers? Ultima was the WoW of the 90's... they were a monopoly of power and bought out Westwood.
