@BFSsonic I am sorry you took it the wrong way, but through this video I have helped several people who have contacted me, that was my goal to help people who wants to stop but didn't know how

and for your info, I barely have any skin left on my arms that hasn't been cut... I have been selfharming for all of my teenage years (seven years) and a lot of years ago, I could have hoped that I came across a video, with someone offering to help me stop...

@Shailebeth4 do not do it! i know what its like 2 feel like something all your fault and thoughts of killing urself just 2 end the pain, but if u feel like doing irt u have 2 fight it! i know it feels impossible but you'll regret if u try 2 kill urself or selfharm trust me afterwards i just feel worse and more stupid so if a bad day comes u have 2 try and distract urself from the pain inside in any way possible that wont harm ur mental or physical health xx be strong
