@VTEC313 i use to have a 79 best car i've ever had mine had a turbo in it it was a beast never had to pull the e-brake to drift it did it on its own on pavement no less lol

@VTEC313 i swapped a L28ET into my 81 280zx non turbo the only issue you will run into is if you keep the ball steering the power steering box is in the way of the bracket holding the wastegate and accuator for the turbo so you have to cut some of the bracket so it fits around the power steering box or you can just upgrade to rack & pinion.

I got a 79 280ZX. Can the Turbo engine fit in the 79?

Hell yeah it will fit, the 79 and my motor are the same size except that mine is turbo, it will bolt right in, no modification. Reallt recommend it.
