  • Hacker makes a lot of sense, very good insight insofar that providers are already distributing Medicare, but I still question if it would be in the provider's best interest to push a public plan over a private one.

  • How the hell do you compare ACORN to the federal reserve... what a joke. Might as well say they're more powerful than the Pentagon, too.

  • If we do it this way we will significantly lower costs. then in a few years when people see the gov can run an insurance company effectively and states opt into single payer volunterilly. people will swap over at will.

This is the best way to do this. Your trying to put the cart infront of the horse.

  • dude single payer cant pass now people are too stupid and afraid of socialisn. to supprt single payer

+ if we do single payer we would need strong price controls on hospitals, to prevent the need for priv insurance which the AMA would RAIL against

we need to do this one step at a time. pass the house or the kenedy bill with the public optionnd the kuccinich state based choice single payer amendment

  • no public option NO BILL

  • Not that the 912 event was about health care, many became disenfranchised in the democratic party were there. There has become a vast majority that have fled both parties after the last admin and this one of CHANGE OF FACE. Regulations can be a good thing, if there not corrupted by those elected officials that violate the LOGAN ACT. Imagine a government without the CFR, ACORN, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg, Federal reserve (which is a corporation, not a dept of the government), and the rest

  • Also what people don't realize is that you CAN buy a health insurance policy from another state.

The only catch is that they have to follow the laws of the state you reside in. I know, I know; this is America and laws don't apply to corporations.

Sometimes I wish I was a corporate person instead of an actual living person, because then I could kill people without facing the death penalty. Then I remember that I'm not evil.

  • "Free the public to purchase insurance across borders."

Just like when we let credit card companies sell accounts across state borders, every credit card now originates from Delaware or SD, the states that never had any regulations to begin with.

Sure worked out well for the credit card companies. Consumers got screwed.

I don't understand why ANYONE outside the GOP thinks that we should do the same with health insurance...

  • Kucinich is an Illuminatus. pass it on.

  • Have you read Dennis Kucinich's plan? It's way better than Obamacare. It's H.R. 676, you should check it out. Obamacare is nothing more than a fleecing of our people in favor of Rothschild/Rockefeller financial interests. There's been way too much of that in the last 4 administrations. The people are outraged by it and won't tolerate it any longer.
