Sonic 1 & Knuckles - No Rings Run - Green Hill Zone act 1

After playing sonic 1 on XBLA my friends and myself got into a discussion of what would be the ultimate sonic "hell run" a no rings run was suggested, and being up for a challenge, I accepted like the fool I am.

I'm using Knuckles, because it's impossible with sonic, thanks to stealth for making the hack.

This is NOT a speed run, this is a NO RINGS RUN.

The ROM does, but you need a blank cart to copy it to.

you need sonic and knuckles and sonic 1 or 2 and connect them together start up your sega genesis and play! cools, righ?

you can do knuckles in sonic 2, but sega didn't do knuckles in sonic 1 because it would mess up the color palette.
