I've been playing the Donkey Kong Country games since I was 5 years old (SNES version, of course. None of that GBA crap). I recently heard of the newest release for the Wii, Donkey Kong Country Returns (DKCR). I don't own a Wii, but I looked at some clips, and the music kicks major ASS! The creators did a fine job in continuing the tradition of great music in the games. The one that I liked in particular was the new Fear Factory song. So I got an idea, and... just watch the video.

  • Why did they use the tikis instead of K. Rool?

  • @Sapphirechao Oh, no shit dude. Killing that big piece of shit lizard was the crown moment of my childhood.

  • @InfernusKnight

I liked how Retro made a new enemy for the series, but unfortunately the Tikis didn't have the same memorable badass factor like K. Rool and the kremlings.

  • @Sapphirechao How about DKCR with SNES Kremlings? Pweese, Nintendo?

  • Nice.

I actually have a similar idea, except the other way 'round XD

DKCR gameplay with SNES (or GameBoy) music.
