Human Rights Watch documented the failure of the police and the judiciary to prevent and punish rising attacks on migrants. Authorities have yet to develop a preventive policing strategy, while victims are discouraged from filing official complaints. I sincerely cannot believe how anybody can actually call this propaganda! There is NO opposite injustice. There are no big bad immigrants who rape and terrorize. The problem is that over the last 20 years since the first immigrants came to my country, the state (including police), the media and other key facets of Greek society (including the Church) have branded all of them problematic. I extend my deepest apologies as a Greek. Racist violence can NEVER be tolerated in a democratic society.

It is very interesting but ironic listening an American narrator talk about racism in Greece. Born and raised in the US, I really don't need to get into what racism is really like in America, the whole world knows! I personally lived in Greece when the first illegal immigrants start invading the country. I watched Greeks become victimized overnight. They would, take them in, help and hand out food and shelter and in return they would get slaughtered, mugged and killed over 10 euros!

Right, there are economic and political tensions around the world, granted. Put a nation which is already under severe economic repression to welcome several thousand aliens a month a happy face about it- I don't think it'll happen, and to be honest with you all, I don't think that anyone of you logically thinking people actually thinks that it is going to happen. While I think this is a horrible thing that's happening over there in Greece, I honestly think some of the immigrants who come to the US should go over there and experience that firsthand for a good wakeup call. I find it hilarious when I see some Middle Easterners (i.e. Iranians) who come here and claim to be supporters of Hitler and "White Supremacy" and treat other minorities like shit. Yea I get it, you're "white" compared to black people, but to the Europeans, you're just not white enough!
