  • Some of it has to do with balance. One thing that might help is realising that you need to bend your elbows - this lets you bring more weight forward as you go back. If the arms stay straight it's very difficult to bring enough weight forward.

  • Thanks for the tip, bro.

  • this is absolutely amazing. thank you for posting it.

  • your such a fag

  • why must he have been a gymnast before this? this is practiced in yoga and you'll get it without taking gymnastics.

  • How long have you been practising and you must have been a gymnast before this, no?

  • thank you rob ... it's very good

  • One doesn't have to be queer to practice yoga, look at alot of the male professional athletes today they practice yoga for many different reasons, some to make them more mobile, some to help them to get in the zone to stay focus. And some to help them with their flexibility.

  • I can tell your no novice yoga practitioner, I bet you can do the advance yoga poses as well. I'm interested in yoga, but I just sorta blend some of the yoga poses in with my stretching routine, and I can do most if not all of the balance poses in yoga. That is what has kept my balance so good at 49 years of age. I thought you were amazing.

  • your very good

  • Very helpful to see the details of this transition. This is really well beyond the skill level of my local yoga school, and it is so informative to see where to take my practice next.
