@grygus personal income taxes have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with job shifting of U.S. Multinationals. Stop pulling the class card its really old. Billionaires pay less than ever (regardless they still pay the majority of all us taxes) rate wise (except for under Reagan 28%) but that is because the excess burden of 70% taxes exceeded the revenue gained. Take one economics class before you talk.
